1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Pakistan only.
If you are outside Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at info.ghshilajit@gmail.com.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you in case of any major delay.
3. Delivery Time & Charges
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days
- Delivery Charges: Will be calculated and shown at checkout, depending on your location.
Note: Rural or remote areas may take longer to deliver.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (if available).

5. Delivery Issues

- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
