Thank you for shopping with Gilgit Himalayan Shilajit. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund. Please read the details below.
1. Returns

You can return your item within 7 days of the purchase date.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags, labels, and packaging.
2. How to Return an Item

Email us at info.ghshilajit@gmail.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Once you get the RMA, pack the item securely with proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin processing your refund.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the return to be processed.

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
